Many patients have been asking about how to conduct routine maintenance on their hearing aids since the pandemic.

So we’ve put together a short video about how to change the wax filter on your NuEar wax guard – a crucial element in the care process.

These are the basic steps you should take to keep your NuEar device in top shape:

  • Begin by getting one of the wax guard sticks out of the case.
  • The white end will be the replacement; the other end will be used for removal.
  • Gently place the removing side into the wax guard and pull out.
  • Then, switch sides and put the replacement filter in.

If you have any concerns or worries about maintenance, contact the team. They’re ready to help you now!
