Shailee Checketts

Growing up in Riverton, Shailee is proud to be serving patients across Northern Utah during her role at the Patient Care Coordinator.

While each day is different, she mainly spends her time answering the phone, scanning documents, and problem solving. She loves the variety that her role offers. Although serving patients is her favorite part, she loves being able to learn and grow inside of the company. The best part is that she’s a part of a big family!

Personally, her favorite phone calls are the ones with patients who really need answers. For example, they may be struggling to get their devices working, and she enjoys taking the time to brainstorm and come up with a solution for them. For Shailee, it’s the best feeling when she can help them with just a simple phone call.

Outside of work, she loves being outdoors, including activities such as camping, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and boating.
