Dr. Molly LeRoy has been working in the hearing healthcare field since 1998 where she started as a secretary at the House of Hearing while attending the University of Utah. She soon became a board-certified hearing instrument specialist and also obtained her doctorate in audiology.

As president and owner of the House of Hearing since 2003, Dr. LeRoy has dedicated over 20 years of her life to delivering superior patient care to every person that walks through the door. Dr. LeRoy is passionate about her patients, her employees, and her community and it is evident in the way she conducts herself and the way she runs her offices. She has spent countless hours in continuing education courses, hearing aid training, and business and marketing training to ensure her clinics are providing “white glove” hearing services.

Dr. LeRoy has donated several hours to local charities such as the Festival of Trees, The Road Home shelter, Primary Children’s, and the Utah Food Bank. She has also participated in global humanitarian service missions in Africa and Mexico fitting and dispensing hearing technology.

Dr. LeRoy has received numerous acknowledgments and awards for her service including Best of State for hearing health care and Utah Business 30 Women to Watch.

In the little free time she has, Dr. LeRoy enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake LeRoy, and their three daughters. She loves uninterrupted time boating with her family at Lake Powell, reading, going to the movies, and traveling with her family.
