Since the start of the pandemic, the team at House of Hearing has developed a range of new protocols and services to keep you safe, no matter the situation.
One of these has been Tele Audiology, a service that lets you speak to your doctor of audiology through face to face video calls.
There is, however, technology available that can make this experience even more interactive: remote programming.
This lets your doctor of audiology alter your device without having to touch it.
To explain how this works with an Oticon hearing aid, we’ve put together a short tutorial video.
If you would like to find out more about Oticon hearing aids, get in touch today with our experienced and passionate team. They’re ready to help you now!
