Many people want their hearing aids to perform brilliantly in a range of different environments. The best way to do this is with an app from a manufacturer.

There are many available, with each personalized for different devices. As Northern Utah’s most trusted hearing doctors, we receive many questions about the Phonak App.

To avoid confusion or further frustration, we decided to put together a tutorial video on how to use the myPhonak app, for those with Phonak hearing aids.

Among other things, you’ll learn how to:

  • Connect your hearing aids to the app.
  • Change the volume on your hearing aids via the app.
  • Reduce background noise in certain settings.
  • Create dedicated programs for specific environments.

If you have any concerns or worries about using hearing aid apps, contact the team. They’re ready to help you now!
