When you invest in hearing aids, you’ll also be investing in a whole range of free software, which will allow you to personalize your experience.

One of the best software elements is a manufacturer’s app.

These can be downloaded to your smartphone or tablet and often let you locate a lost device and stream music, among other features.

We’ve created a video to show you how to download an app to your iPhone. These are the steps you need to take:

  • Unlock your iPhone and tap on the “App Store” button.
  • Write the name of the app you want in the search bar – for example, “Oticon On”.
  • Tap on the app and then tap “download”.
  • It will then appear on your iPhone screen

If you have any concerns or worries about using hearing aid apps, contact the team. They’re ready to help you now!
